Wow, I haven't written on dA for a loong time! I always mean too, but then never get around to it

I was thinking about my gallery one day, and I thought to put up some more pictures and stuff. However, when I tried to load my DVD (from comm tech)(that had all my pictures in it) into my computer my computer crashed. What happened was, I saved all my photos in super high quality (I'm talking like 750 pixels per square inch xD) and as a tiff...I'm not a real computer-ish person, but I reason that this is why my computer crashed. Now I have two options, find a better computer, or don't put any of the pictures on dA. As I don't have a camera yet (I'm too poor to afford one x_X) I guess I'll have to find someone elses computer to use. Ha ha.

But whatever.

I went fishing for the first time yesterday with my freind's family! Hurray! We had to wake up at five in the morning so we could leave at six, and then get there at seven thirty. Fun. But once we did get there, it was fun for about half an hour. After that first 30 miutes, we started actually casting our rods. The I spent the next three hours fumbling with the damn fishing rod trying to stop it from getting all tied up in knots and everything. Who knew that such a slender peice of wood (is it wood?) could torture someone soo much! GRR! But after the initial trouble, if you call it that, we started fishing

We were all pumped up about catching a fish. HAHAHA! What a joke...after another three hours of more rod troubles *sigh* and constant casting, we still didn't have anything to show for our (or rather, my xD) troubles, our mothers started luaghing at us (o.O), saying they were glad they had brought other food for dinner/lunch. Lol.

But anywho, about an hour later, my freind finally caught a fish (while I, coincidentaly, was trying to get my rod to work again )! It wasn't a very big one, it was like a foot long, max. But hell, we were all so desperate that it was like he cuaght the biggest fish we had ever seen. So my dad killed it, and we fried it, and everyone ate it. Its really, really freaky to eat something you saw squirming around and breathing like 10 minutes ago. I almost threw up. As they say, out of sight, out of mind...or rather the other way around (if that makes sense...)

It started raining really hard after that, but my freind's dad was inten on catching a fish. So we waited, a while. During that time, I went into my car and I think slept. So when it was time to go, guess what happened! The car's battery was dead! Who would have thought! AAGH! We borrowed a booster cable from some person who was driving by, and, in the rain, gave our car a boost. What a day. Needless to say, the ride back was anything but comfortable. Lol.
